The wordmark is inspired by the blend of European materials exported for the finishes throughout the home, striking a balance between ornate detail and contemporary simplicity. It was important to pay homage to the property’s timeless design while also bringing it into the 21st century.

The brand illustrations reflect the palm and olive groves that define the landscaping and add playfulness to the logo—serving as a reminder of all the fun features this space brings.

Via Del Alba’s visual language is made up of mixed typography, vibrant colors, an illustrated pattern, and textured photography.

Drawing inspiration from the three defining elements of the property—water, stone, and greenery—the color palette was selected to reflect the energy and harmony that reigns throughout. This deep navy, pale yellow, and olive green are dynamic and can be used in various applications.

A user-friendly website and engaging social media platforms were developed to establish a seamless channel for sharing information and facilitating communication between sellers and buyers.

Typography, badges, and patterns were applied in various ways to give the brand even more life. Client gifts including keychains, wine bottles, and candles were curated not only to establish a sense of luxury but also to serve as a gateway for potential buyers, allowing them to envision Via Del Alba as their new home.
